EMERGENCY OIL DELIVERY CANCELLATION POLICY

There are NO CANCELLATIONS for same-day and emergency oil deliveries. When you place an order, we reserve a spot for you in our schedule. Your delivery is dispatched to the driver at the time you place your order. We CANNOT cancel a delivery once it’s been dispatched. Should you refuse the delivery at the door, you’ll be charged $100 fee to cover the driver’s time and trip expense.

All efforts are made to complete your emergency delivery within 2 to 6 hours from the time you place the order. Please do not call multiple times to ask when the truck is coming – your delivery is with the driver, and will be completed as soon as possible.
